Solved my problem. Its the left TB, due to partial opening due to zero freeplay of throttle cable or sticky throttle cable (to the cable housing). Remove both left & right TB, removed the throttle cable, put some lube in the cables, for TB take out everything and do cleaning, re-assemble everyth...

Hi, Yes English is my second language. BTW the name is Mohd. Done the top overhaul, re-grind the valves, check the seats, and replace valve seal. I had same problem, but on the right TB only. Done top overhaul on both sides of engine, re-grind the valves, replace valve seals, and check on valve guides. After putting it back up to factory spec includes the rocker arm & valve clearance, again on left TB still have rattling noise. I suspect ...

Have you solve the problem? I currently had similar experience, but on the right engine, I heard the periodic sound at the throttle body, have adjusted the rocker arm & the valve gaps. Planning to open the engine soon again to check the valve guides, valve & valve seat ring.

I have findout the culprit, the inner tank hose (breather & spill) and clamps need replacement. Have replaced all hoses and petrol gauge gaskets. Surprised to see the two lines are inside the tank. Changed fuel filter as well.

I'm getting 42 mpg as well on mix riding condition. Engine feels like new, 17777 kilometers on mileage meter.

Hi, my R1100R 1995 requires front wheel bearing change. I think there is two wheel bearing and of different dimension. Does anyone know the dimension of it?
