First ride of season yesterday. Started right up after taking off the battery tender Jr. Happy to be back riding.

Battery tender Jr for me--leave it plugged in all year round when parked in the garage. I have had my '03 R1150R since '04 and have replaced the sealed gel battery 2 times--they seem to last 4+ yrs until they get sluggish and struggle to turn over the engine for the first ride of Spring up here in N...

No leaks here too, seems to be solid, done few hundred miles since the repair.

I noticed this leak weeks ago. Mine was intermittent but worsening--- Gas seeping/dripping out of the lower fuel line just as you described. Maybe a bigger bike would attract more 'chicks' but I don't think the second post addresses the key issue of cost of ownership unless they were 'rich chicks'

wobbling may be from an unbalance wheel-especially if the weight fell off

I also notice depending on how the throttle bodies are balanced makes the mirros blurry or clear at different engine RPMs. So if this can solve my remaining mirror shake I'll be happy

When balancing the throttle bodies the 'imbalance' may be considerable and I think the length of the hose in the homemade manometer allows for some increased pressure differences between cylinders. I made the first one with per the instructions and found the biggest difficulty was getting the bubbles out of the oil...much massaging.
