Re: I'm Baaaaaaa-aack!
Hi I know this is a bit late and maybe you have sorted your fuel issue. It is a common issue with in tank pump issues that the fuel pipes leak in the tank when they get old. The pipes break down. Also a lot of people replace the pipes in there tanks with normal fuel line. They do not last. They swel...

Re: Another Rockster
I repainted my other bike tank myself straight black and am happy with it but it would be nice if I could get decals for the new bike. I did get a price for the original tank decals but by the time it got here it was about US $600.00. Not to keen on that. Getting them made locally seemed a problem. ...

It has done about 57k and it has been sitting in a covered area facing the coast. A bit of a mess. a fare bit of corrosion, including the forks, bars and more. Missi...

New look Rockster
Hi guys Just thought that I would put some picks up on my finished bike after my major crash. The main change is different bars, screen and paint job. A lot of work with the screen and mounting it. The screen mount goes around the instruments. The back of the bike has not been touched. Some of you w...

Re: Hand grip replacement and rear shock bleeding.
Look's like I will be answering my own question about the pre-load. Talked to a hydraulics guy and he put me right. On the bleeding side of it there is nothing much to do. Screw the pre-load adjuster right out, then screw it back in again. If it screws in and out with no pressure (easy) then the pis...

Re: Flushing and bleeding the ABS system
Yes you are right. Once you know that you have to bleed two reservoirs not one it was easy. The funnel that I made up did the job. Not so easy to get those sort of beamer tools in NZ and I wanted to get the job done yesterday. Have been back on the bike for the first time in over two years. With the...

Re: Hand grip replacement and rear shock bleeding.
Sounds like another good way to do it. You have been around beamers a lot. Have you dad anything to do with the rear shock bleeding and if you need to do it after disconnecting the line.

Hi thanks for the reply. The glass is cracked and when I look into it, I can see inside the led clock cracked as well. I can do repair job on the dash glass but not the clock. As of yet I haven't pulled the damaged bike to bits until I have all the parts. Still riding it. The dash hit the lock mount...

I survived
Had a very lucky crash 2 weeks ago.The sun was in my eyes and did not see a rh corner cumming up. I was doing about 120ks and ended up going the only route possible, straight ahead on a gravel road. It was 37m then a deer gate. I hit it, blew it off the hinges and ended on my ass. I ended up with so...
