Why didn't buy a BMW R1200RT ?

I wont, I paid a big amount for a High Tech BMW and wont fit a part like Mudsling with Ti-rips on my nice Bike.....
So I fitted the Puig rearwheel cover with bolts.

To much money they ask over there, an other thing is that the Leo Vince company in Italy broke down an month ago....
Brands like Laser (incl chip), Akrapovic and Zach make fine systems for your R1150R or Rockster!

I have an Y Pipe for Cat replacement and an Akrapovic muffler on my 80Ed Rockster, In 2003 was the first contact between BMW and Akrapovic what results in the first Akrapovic Exhaust Set for an BMW motorcycle!

I HAVE MY 80Ed ROCKSTER NOW FOR 6 YEARS ! 68000 KM HAVE BEEN TO THE NORTH CAPE, GIBRALTAR, TT ON MAN, COL DE LA BENOTTE 2803 METERS, NO PROBLEMS, GREAT BIKE !

Be smart put a XENON unit in your ROCKSTER!

There are 2003 White/Black 80 er ROCKSTERS made.
No. 1, No. 2003 and maybe other "Lucky" numbers are not sold. 200 of them are shipped to the USA.

I ask the Dutch BMW distributor about the number of 80 anv. sales in Holland. The dont know excactly.... Around 20 - 25 the suggest. The last 3 month there have been only 4 advertisments with 80 anv Rocksters. 3 at BMW dealers, 1 in the North, 1 in the East and 1 in the South West. Always more than ...
