Re: Greetings from New Zealand
I just had my rear shock rebuilt/serviced. Previous owner had shortened rear so now back to stock. Went on a 1500klm ride 2 weeks ago and mucked around with setting a bit I'm 86kg and was riding 1up with panniers. Lots of twisties and open roads in equal share and we punted along at a good rate. I f...

New Sys6 BMW helmet....great with the naked Rockster
Just replaced my XR1100 Shoei with a new Sys6 BMW (Schuberth) helmet and wow what a difference. Quieter for sure but the biggest difference is the lack of buffeting. I can move my head around with ease versus the strong wind buffeting with the Shoei. The little screen on the Rockster doesn't give mu...

Re: Hello from Melbourne Australia....Newbie Rockster '03
My bike is coming along well in its revitalisation as an OEM Rockster Now almost back to original. I love this bike. Just fitting some R1150GS hand guards for some added protection and a small fly screen. I know neither of those are OEM but being naked some protection is needed. They can both be eas...

WTB: Rockster Top Case - older style retro look
Hi I am after an OEM Top Case to suit the Rockster/R1150R rack. Would love the older style with the centre bulgy thing and all black ABS plastic. I think the one I like is from an R850R Any one who has one in very good or at least better than good condition, I would love to hear from you Thanks Ps M...

Re: Hello from Melbourne Australia....Newbie Rockster '03
The story so far.... Just had an original set of bars fitted and rally like the change to a slightly more sports tourer stance. The higher bars were not too comfy for me. Gave me an opportunity to refit some heated grips. Nice with winter just around the corner. Also fitted a power outlet. Still hav...

Re: Looking for crash bars
I have a set. Hepco and Becker. In the spirit of matching rice burners generosity in providing me a tea tray for postage only. I'd be happy to do the same. I would be happy to provide bars for free if you can cover postage. Bad news is I'm in Australia. I could work out postage if you provide address.

Re: Wanting a luggage tray, stock front seat, rear OEM suspen
Plastic is probably easier to work with. Looking to get back to similar to how it was originally.
Yours looks interesting.
I am surprised a little about how flexible the pannier bars and top box rack are. The top box wobbles a lot compared to my 2005 K1200r. It was rock solid.

Re: Wanting a luggage tray, stock front seat, rear OEM suspen
Pm sent. Thanks
I do mean the handlebar clamp.
Mine in No. 50
Suspension is the least important at this stage
My right mirror has the paint lifting on it whereas the left is still in great nick
Are the handlebars suitable for for heated grips.
Look forward to pics.

Re: Wanting a luggage tray, stock front seat, rear OEM suspen
I'd be interested in in the tray for sure. Is it possible to send pics by email. You could send price with pics
For postage I'm in Melbourne. Victoria. 3000. Australia
I use my bike regularly as well so can't do either brackets but thanks anyway
If trays are reasonable I'm very interested.
