Would most likly have to run heated vest on high and install a little gripper tire's.Wife would need to follow in car,she's not one for below 50 degree's for sure.But thanks for the idea

Bike ride and Vacation in Maine
Any tips or suggestion's, looking at going this late spring or early summer.Heard the bugs are bad at time's,scenery is great all the time.Will most likly be camping alot,will do coast line and inland. any thought's?What month's ect.

Thanks for the info,I been a castrol user in most all my vehicle's for some time.My R1200R has had it in since after it's first change. I am sure some different veiws will arise. Maybe post a picture of your sample sheet from Blackstone's.

just an update,trip went great only problem was Chi-town hour and 1/2 across.Two days of driving was in Custer S.D. Do what you can to protect it but don't go over board it will drive you crazy.I travel alot never had a problem[knock on wood].I mean you can lock your doors and windows at home but if a theif really wants in their going to get in.same with a bike a set of bolt cutters a couple of pipes thru the rim...

Yell-No, Been riding since the 60's now their was a time to worry, but never even thought about it much then.Most of these bike's today are pretty dependable. Just an update purchased an RF-1000 and love it so far.Have ridden about 800 mile's with it so far this spring seems like i made the right choice for me,went down in cheek pad size and the fit is perfect.thanks for all the input guy's.
