My Rockster is std - pipes/exhaust. If I stay in 3rd or 4th gear and ride on 'revs' I am getting an occasional backfire on a closing throttle...has happened once or twice now. Hope you find a way to 'bypass' or getround the speedo sensor problems....as you have found a way around the other scary electics hopefully you will master this too.
