I believe the original poster was saying he did the work himself, so I would just advise you to take it to the dealership and have them check the TB sync you did. I would say that's more than likely the cause of your bikes vibration and rough running based on how you say it's behaving now.

There is a great write up in the "Maintenance" section of this forum that explains how to change the engine, final drive, and transmission fluids. I try to use Mobil 1 75w-90 in the final drive, and Mobil 1 75w-140 in the transmission, never tried the Guard Dog Moly though...maybe I'll try...

Today wasn't my first ride of the season, but it was the first ride where I didn't look like an eskimo all bundled up riding down the road. It was nice to break out the old leather jacket and leather gloves for a change. Too bad it's supposed to rain here in Missouri for the next 5 or 6 days though....

I rode 400 miles with noises from the back increasing steadily, without anything actually coming apart, and replaced the unit with a used one I got from Beemer Boneyard.
