I've definitely noticed high heat & have "frosted" a pair of clear lenses I ran at one time with yellow 1156 bulbs, of course the yellow bulb is NOT the stock required color either. Having switched to "smoke lenses" recently, I didn't want to wreck them with a white or yellow...

I had saved some part numbers for the oem seats, but must have decided I'll never need them & pitched em.
I had the same problem you've described with the forward sliding, Just a 25 mile ride was enough, thighs were aching too..

kirby. In a HD & Honda dealer last week to pick up Honda caliper joint seals I ordered, same as BMW seals.. HD on the show room floor at $62,0000............... I paid 3000 in 77 for a new Sportster..(AMF) Oh, my brother owned & built a 54 Vincent Black Shadow.. gotta love that 50 pan.

calipers soon to be rebuilt. Included was a packet of silicon oil. Should I use it, or just brake fluid?

Riceburner.. Mine is iABS, My MC line goes back to the Module, but probably could run a x2 banjo from module out, more extra line to route. Ordered custom line from caliper to manifold.

I ordered Spiegler braided SS line kit to replace the SS lines on my 2004 R1150R.. I may have stressed & ruined the original lines while putting in pads, cleaning pistons, painting calipers & on & on & on...thus the very slight spattering on the front rim... They ARE NOT direct repla...

Thanks for the reply..My lines are attached tightly to the fenders backside radius with small back clips that must be connected from underneath. I'll be removing the tork bolt tomorrow that holds that fender & let ya know...

I did pull & split a caliper & all was cleaned & assembled. Inside was good & after assembly is tight. I'm getting a drop of oil off my filter after riding & on center stand. Took filter off & re installed. still. This is the new model Mobile 1-102A I think I may have reefed ...
