I got one at the dealership. There are different belts based upon build date and alternator. I actually have a short belt that won't fit on my bike although that is what came on it. long story. I didn't change the belt until 86,000 miles.

TThe quick disconnects definitely should be upgraded, and the fuel lines are an easy repair/upgrade. Also a good time to upgrade the clamps on the fuel lines.

I've had several sets of Bridgestones. I like the T-30 Front, and the rear is OK. Good mileage and grip on front. Good grip but not great mileage on the rear. May be wicking it up too much.

I got home at 6. Great to see everyone. Had a great ride back only 10 miles on the interstate and no rain, or flats.

I recall Vann saying he thought I had hypothermia during that Bash. Weather channel said it would be 60 degrees, but somehow I rode through several inches of snow up and down the mountains of WV.

82,000 on the seat. My seat isn't the original that was shipped with the bike. It originally had the tan seat, but someone wanted it on an Edition 80 Rockster. I got home around 5, after 542 miles of riding today. I had a great time seeing old friends and new. I will post some pics, etc tomorrow. I traveled I-86, and was able to just roll along in a light drizzle about half of the way.
