Since I've fathered two children, I believe I have done my part to delay this change.

The mother?.... lovely.

If we're listing vehicles we like, this will be a long series of posts (when 17 I loved my Morris Minor - the funkiest POS car in Kansas City, Kansas). Instead I think "process" will be my focus. Me, I have a plain vanilla, bare bones pick up. I believe I always will drive a truck. My poin...

Gypsy,
I don't claim any knowledge of the accuracy of this site. But it looks like Virginia and Washington DC are the no-no zones.

I think it's a beauty, Tony. Anemic? May be. But since it wouldn't be your primary bike, who cares? What a joy it would be to scoot along on that old boxer. I had a shot at a clean, running 750 a few years ago and have regretted passing it up ever since. Of course, if you do give it a shot, pics, pi...

I've never had, or used (except for one VERY limited exposure) a MAC. Since my office, as with most others is non-Mac oriented it made a lot of sense. But those walls seem to be crumbling fast. I might have to try this out, especially since our teenager is up for a new box. (Side note: DSKYZD - your...

Has anyone using straight copper tubing had an issue with leaks or is anyone worried about it coming apart? The connectors all have "barbed" ends to help hold them in the fuel line. Good question....I'm looking for some straight pieces of tube to replace the dis-connects..but I'm looking ...

The late Congressman Claude Pepper told a story about his first big political race. It seemed Mr. Pepper was leasing until his opponent announced that Mr. Pepper' sister (an actress) was a known thespian and his brother was a card-carrying Homo sapien.

Mr. Pepper lost.

Ditto. I spent years with review of fatals on the Interstate system as part of my job. My wife still gets to see way too many fatalities involving heavy trucks. I've had more than my fill. But, for those that think it helps, go ahead, you never know.

I have a 2004. I'd get rid of mine in a heart beat *... IF I could pick any three bikes I want to replace it. I'd have a touring bike (maybe an R1200RT), a dual-purpose bike (KLR 650, perhaps) and a light, sporty bike (an SV650 for example). With those three I could do anything my Roadster does, and...
