Sorry to hear about the bike, same thing happened to mine, 04 Rockster, with 12k. Got it fixed, didnt trust it anymore, and sold it, got $6200 for it last year, but still lost my @ss, had close to $8500 into it with all the accessories, and paying for the repair :cry: . I miss it for the long distan...

I had the system cases on mine ($250 used) a tank bag ($35 used) and a top box from JC Whitney ($45). I rde 2 up for a week and had enough room for everything for me and the ms. So....for $300 you could be good to go.

I have learned that my pegs scraped before anything else while I was at Deals Gap in May on my Rockster. Just dont point your feet outwards while on the pegs and you should be fine

As long as you got the paint code....Sherwin Williams Automotive paint store should be able to match it. I searched for 3 months for the Citrus color and no one could do it. Went to S.W. and they had the paint code in there computer. Most expensive paint I have ever bought...$289 for a quart. Hopefu...

Do not lug the engine, it does not like it . Keep the rpms between 3500-5000. Some have attributed many of the bikes problems to lugging the engine.
