Fuse Box Question

Post by macx »

http://i719.photobucket.com/albums/ww20 ... usebox.jpg

That's of my 04 r1150r fuse box.

Neither my owner's manual nor my service manual show anything in the left compartment of the middle row.
As you can see, there are 2 sockets, one of which has a yellow relay.

Any idea what those 2 sockets are for?

Is it correct that the white socket in the middle row, 2nd compartment from left, is where the
CCC plug usually resides? Seems the previous owner already had removed it.

Thx!

Bike came from CA if it makes any difference.

Yep, your CCP is missing. Regarding the yellow relay to the left, I'm mistified....

This will not help either but will get you closer

The 1150r doesn't have anything in that far left compartment, where your little yellow relay is. Maybe its another electical goodie that the RT has? Mine doesn't even have a socket there at all, just an empty hole with a view to the wires..

Yes, that's what's got me mystified, too.

My service manual doesn't even show anything in that compartment,
but those 2 sockets and the one relay sure look like factory components.

Maybe I could pull the relay and see what doesn't work :-k

It is an r1150r, not one of the other 1150 models.

Maybe it's an ABS something? I don't have ABS so I don't know what changes, if anything, in the fuse box.
