Hi nbarab -

With due respect to the experiences of others who have posted on this thread, my own experience with Chicago BMW has been, without exception, positive. I have purchased four new BMW's from them and in each case, I felt I was dealt with fairly. My experience with their service has been excellent, and with the parts department as well.

I would encourage you to talk to Mike Abt at Chicago BMW. He is the sales manager and, again in my experience, I have always found him to be fair and straightforward.

Good luck!
