connecting zumo 660 to battery plug

Post by dicebox »

Hi folks, I've read lots of post on connecting the GPS up to the GPS terminal provided on the battery, but I cannot find the damn thing!. I've read it's near the horn, but I can't see it. Do I need to lift the tank (and if I do, how do I do that?).

Any and all instructions and pictures welcome.

Thanks

I had to take off the plastic piece on the front of the white tank to get my hand inside. Even then, it was more feel than sight to get hold of the connector — it was capped and zip-tied to the frame. Here's the bugger with the cap off:

Thanks Bill, exactly what I was hoping for. Tomorrow's job - chasing this sucker down.
