rough after hot start

Ive been here before but things dont get better.When I restart after about 30 min stop with a hot engine it starts ok then starts to shake and normaly stall. When I restart and give it a big handfull it seems to sort it's self out then I can pull away.Any ideas? Are there any sensors that may have gone down and how do I test them.I have had work done at a dealer which included neww coils plugs and injector adjustment which seemed to fix it at the time but I was not doing any stops.If it goes properly cold it starts fine.Somebody suggested a fuel pressure leak? I have just come back from touring Austria and it seemed worse than normal as it was very hot.
