Hello-
I am getting ready to order a Stebel horn, and am trying to find out what mounting brackets others have used. There are quite a few options for mounting the Nautilus on the twisted throtle site. Any suggestions?
Thanks

I pulled the OEM horn and put the SNC in its place. Required minor "garage engineering" of some Home Depot angle brackets to get it to fit.
I spray painted the galvanized bare metal of the horn with flat black before installation.
The original horn in place:

Re: Mounting Options for Stebel Nautilus Compact
HA!!! Lionlady that is exactly what I did! Only difference is that I bought 1/2 inch wide strip of aluminum from Home Depot, cut it & bent it to fit.. worked out great.
So without trying to draw it here... 3 inches long, 1 inch /bend at 90 degrees to form an "L"
Then I took the 2 inch long portion & put a "twist" in it about 45 degree angle. This placed the horn exactly where I wanted it.
KITEMAN: For the love of your hearing DO NOT test the horn in your garage. I kinda thought the warning was a joke... it wasn't!
It's a killer horn.. Now I just drive around looking for teenagers being stupid.
