Beakster Bash VIII Reservations

Post by STDocLizard1 »

Now is the time to book your reservation for BB8.

Please call the 800 number and use the code word: "Beakster Bash."
Your Hosts are Sharon and Craig Cox.

Myer Country Motel
600 Routes 6 and 209
Milford, Pennsylvania 18337-9505

1-800-764-MYER begin_of_the_skype_highlighting              1-800-764-MYER      end_of_the_skype_highlighting

http://www.myermotel.com
Rates will vary from $66-76 (Wed/Thur), $76-86 (Fri/Sat) plus tax depending upon occupancy and accommodations.
I would expect that most of us will arrive on Wednesday evening(5/11) and depart Sunday morning(5/15) giving us three days to enjoy the Tri-State area. If the Host Motel is full, there are rooms available directly across the street. If camping is an option, there are sites about 2 miles down the road.

Overflow lodging: The Milford Motel 1-800-732-7307.

Shoot me a pm if you have any questions or need additional information on lodging.

My room is booked. Looking forward to seeing everyone again.

Sorry you can't make it Steve, there's some good riding in the area.

We'll miss you Steve, but we shall hoist one in your absence.

Keep buying those lottery tickets just in case.

Just made my reservation. Hope to keep my perfect attendance record for the Bash intact! Just under 700 miles for me. Likely to do the wandering route thing going north for a Thursday night arrival and do a 'hammer down' ride home on Sunday.

Looks like some interesting riding country. I am looking forward to it!

It's 835 miles and 15 hours away. Definitely truck'n it. I plan to visit relatives afterward in Hackettstown NJ, Manchester CT -and- return to GA with about 480 lbs (12 bags) of bagged coal, which I cannot buy anywhere here. Here's hoping we have good weather.

I'll be bringing a notebook & the GS-911 diagnostic unit to check/reset trouble codes.

What's the matter Rob? Didn't Santa leave you enough coal in your stocking for Christmas?

See you there!

I am awaiting to hear back from my buddy dave who had the C14 at the last NE bash a few years back. Once I hear, I will reserve. I'm thinking of arriving early thursday since I am within 3 hours or so. This will allow me to work and not have to ride at night on wednesday.

Only six beers johnny?

Blalock is going to regret not doing whatever he could to climb that scrotum pole at work! 8-[ :p

I'm in if you guys don't mind a newbie (to rally's not to riding). It's only a days drive for me to get there so It looks like my only excuse is my basic hermit-y ways.

Jim,

Turns out I have a Chiropractic Council event that weekend up in Oneida, NY. Since I am a district president, I am expected to go.

BUT...I am working on NOT going...will do my best. This freaking sucks.

Send the Vice-President.

I could write you an excuse and tell them that your having an emergency root canal?

Work it out booj. It has been so long that no one remembers what you look like. Yours is one of the few r1150r's left.
