01 RTP1100, Stock bike to the bone.

After realizing that i may be riding by bike on LONG trips, the quiet muffler may be just fine., I was going to put on D&D slipon, not now.
I just mounted my Escort on lexan strip, with led block for alerts and hardwired above and between gauges as well as Garmim nuvi 255w, but will be upgrading to garmin 660.
I have been sportbike rider for past 30 yrs and although I do love the comfort and ride of my new Bimmer, she is a little weak on torque.
I'm getting used to having less power but enjoying the ride more.

You can do those modes - but the $/hp gain is very slight - maybe 6hp. All you really get is more noise

The R259 airbox and factory filter is not restrictive at all - K&N filters are a subject of much discussion

With K&N airfilter you gain very little. Maybe 2 HP. Same with new muffler/exhaust.

If you want to invest your best bet is new pistons, camshaft and a different chip. That alone will bring around 15 HP and 15-20 NM torque.
