Hello Michael, could you tell me please, what brand/model of fairing is that fitted to your bike?

I'm not Michael, but it's a Parabellum Scout. Here's mine...

Thank you for your reply ContraMoto. A colleague and I here in Australia are each keen on buying an R1200R and were impressed with the Parabellum Scout fairing.

Sorry for the somewhat odd composition of these shots. I was playing around with the settings on my new Canon T3 Rebel.

@Jedi: Nice bike and good shots with the new Canon, I am thinking about the R1200R and like your color. Is that the original seat?

Here's a shot from my recent 3800-mile tour of the western states. I think I crossed the continental divide 8 times!

Five R1200R in Japan. I like this type of combination of Japanese traditional scenery & European modern bike.

The blue one in the front is mine.

my winter ride to work .only just purchased .09 plate.
so far only done 50 miles on it and it handles as good as any sports bike i own ,i used it on the sport setting and tried the abs out on a wet road at 60 mph , its surprising how quick it stopped ,do not think i would of tried that on a non abs bike .
pleased with the bike ,better on fuel than my gs 1200.couple more to a gall .
piston.
some days its not worth chewing through the straps and chains in the morning
