That was quite humorous. Thats one brave kid!

When I was younger, I always made the ripping out part last. I'd play with that sucker till there was just a wee bit of flesh left. :)

I confess we used door handles and slamming the door on at least more than one occasion when I was a kid.

You forgot the family iron being dropped from the second level. Also, needle-nose pliers work well. :roll:

One of my big front teeth withstood many such attempts (most very painful), very much to my family's enjoyment. They were getting pretty creative. They would have a new idea every week. That thing was loose but would not come out, for over a year.

Finally, they had to have a professional get that baby out... and he struggled too (needed power tools). Luckily, I felt nothing. ;)
