Winter storage - Battery Disconnect?

Is there an easy way to disconnect the ground lead off of the battery without removing it? Been in the single digit temps every morning here and I'm thinking about batt longevity..... THANKS. H

That's what I figured. Thanks for the response. Seems there'd be a market for a batt switch like the ones commonly seen in marine applications.... H
