New to list, with newbie questions

Hi.
After 46 years of riding multiple brands (mostly BMW since 1995) I bought a 1997 R850R a few weeks ago and signed up for this forum. I still keep my R80RT as it never fails to run and never gives me grief.
Anyway, my user name is "poppou" and my given name is Barry. I've lived in Spokane for the past 15+ years but am moving to the Olympia/Shelton WA area in the next few months sometime.
I've got some questions still about my R850R and parts interchange: do the (non-ABS) 2000+ 5-spoke alloy wheels interchange without machine work? How about the wire spoke wheels from the R1200C? Do seats interchange with any models and years other than '96-97 R1100R?
Pointers toward any and all parts interchange cheat sheets (like the old school auto part stores used to have) would be very much appreciated, should they exist.
Pointers of any kind will be appreciated.
