Remus Y-pipe
I have one installed. Indeed there's the same mount points as your CAT, and the stop for the center stand is there. It's a simple swap.

I don't have detailed pics but it is entirely interchangeable with your OEM cat and will work with stock, Remus or probably even other aftermarket muffs.
Mine was actually made for a GS and comes with e few small, light, welded on stainless brackets for the GS system.
You can either ignore them or if you are inclined & equipped you can saw them off, grind them down and polish them out so they don't show at all.
That's what I did but I have the equipment.
Which muff are you using?

Remus y-pipe
I have a Supertrapp (Adventure pipe) and a Sebring Hi-FLow CAT that is going to be sold in place of a Y-pipe. I am currently running the supertrapp with all of the guts pulled out, but would like to got to a y-pipe and use the 'Trapps disc system for more accurate tuning.
The Sebring Hi-flo Cat is actually a pretty nice unit ($$) but the sound is not what one would call..........inspiring. Just slightly louder than the stock CAT, and still retains EPA standards. It's now for sale.

Not sure if this will help you but here are 3 pics of my bike with the Remus Y-pipe & aluminum can installed.
Be sure to clean and seal the joints real well with a hi-temp exhaust system silicone sealer. Any auto supply will have it.
This will help reduce the popping on deceleration & occassioanal BLAMO-fart these bikes are famous for!

I have the Sebring Y-pipe installed with the stock can. I'm told that it is identical to the Remus and, as you've alreadey seen, has the center stand stop and O2 port. Installation is very easy, though you will find that you need to shim the stock clamps or replace with slightly smaller ones (the stock clamps are a hair too large and cannot be tightened sufficiently). You may also want to reset the Motronic after the change since the airfolw will have been altered some. Noise level is not signficantly changed with the Y-pipe but the tone is quite a bit different.
