rough idle and intermittent stalling when slowing from speed

Valve Guide Seals?
Hey all. 2011 R12R Classic. 44K miles. The bike will intermittently struggle to find idle. not all the time and quite random. Happens hot or cold.
And sometimes when decelerating from 40MPH and dropping down a gear or two the bike will stall/engine stops. I press the starter and it starts right up. This thread talks about valve guide seals solving the problem.

Should I try replacing these? Another response lists the fuel mixture injector as a potential culprit. Perhaps that or something else?
