Exhaust Can

I am thinking about replacing the stock muffler on my '04 R1150RT with a aftermarket Exhaust Can, such as a Remus or similar. My car is quiet as is my pickup truck, but I would like my motorcycle to have a nice rumble. Will I have to "Remap" the fuel injection if I make this change? Any comments will be appreciated.
