MP3 Player/FM Stereo Install

I see these MP3 Player/FM Stereo units on fleabay for chump change. Most are handlebar fit. Anyone have any experience installing/using one of these? Where did you connect the power source? The stock BMW radio can only do so much and I quickly lose my favorite station. Oh, yeah, I haven't played a cassette tape in many years.
