Above 32 degrees but with a frost advisory ... do you still ride?

My only rule for not riding is if it's below 32 and wet outside.
This morning it was 35 but there was frost on the cars and on the grass.
a) is there frost on the road in spots (didn't appear to be any) and
b) is frost enough to send the bike sliding?

Depends.
This time of year the roads get warmed up during the day and the chances of black ice are low, even on bridges and overpasses. Naturally in the Spring the reverse is true and you can have black ice into the high 30's. Frost on the road would keep my bike in the garage, but it usually burns off quickly.
I was going to take a ride down South this weekend and the temps in the 30's weren't a concern. OTOH the forecast of heavy rain,high winds and early darkness on Sunday in the Jersey area forced me to cancel.
I've a few years on two wheels and this is only my opinion.

for commuting I have a few rules.....above 32 when I get up, and sunny and dry when its time to go.
also take into account the forecast for after work. as i don't care for being miserable both ways LOL. no precip. and i like to see it close to 50 and sunny, not windy.
in early spring, I change this to be warmer-around 35 all night, and I'm more rigid with the go/nogo. due to sand on roads, and the ground being colder, ice forms easier. Also ice in shadows, like on the back side of a hill- watch for that, almost got me once or twice.
