So judging from the silence . . .

. . . I can assume that:

1) Being the last incarnation of the 1200 motor the new R is flawless?
2) It’s so much fun you guys are out riding instead of hanging around here?

1. Have not found anything of note yet. Does not use oil, runs quietly, has lots of power, flickable, .... etc.

2. Absolutely ! Darn weather is cutting ride time down here for me, and work keeps getting it the way. That sucks.

Bike is OUTSTANDING ! :D

After being garage bound for the past five weeks, it's supposed to warm into the high 30's this upcoming week. That's plenty warm enough for me, so I suspect I will finally "escape" out onto the asphalt.

I've been lurking while the temps are in the teens and twenties. I'll note a problem: NOT ENOUGH AFTERMARKET STUFF YET!!!!!
Ahh the bikes I've ridden. So many bikes, so little time!

it's a balmy 52 during the day and in the low 30's at night! very un-Florida like - but I've managed a couple of hundred mile days! Anyone in central Florida: check out SR17 between Haynes City and Sebring: beautiful road!

It's 64 there right now, cry me a river! It seems like the only time it's been over 32 here in month it's been raining.

Grrl , I feel your pain not being able to have n R1200R yet. However riding an SV650 is not a bad way to spend that time. My son has one and it is a gas.
