Looking at the pictures at beemerboneyard, the only issue I see is the center stand foot lever. Not sure where that is going to end up with the GS Pegs.

macx: This is exactly what I have been looking to do on my 2002 R1150R. I am not much of an aggressive rider so I thought that the pegs should be located about as forward as the shift and brake levers are. That would be much more comfortable on those 600 mile days.
