Ohh thats ugly. I have the first signs on my ed80 aswell. Mostly on the cross member just little bits not exposed but bubbling. Its only a year old (bought a long time floor model) but I have 35,000k's and its the only sign of poor quality I have noticed. I haven't even checked but I though Warranty...

What else could Roxy be, she my fat pig but I love her.

Yep, got better mileage (though we do it in KM down here) on a snowy run last year (90-100mph all day at altitude).

...and to reply to an earlier comment on the post, just clicked up 30,000km in 8 months on my Ed80. She's just run in (finally stopped slurping oil).
