thanks, checked the y pipe joints they have some kind of sealant around them silicone i think. hmm the tbs bought a twinmax to do the job but some how made it worse think i'll put it back to the original setup if i can find the piece of paper i wrote down the screw turns on and get someone who knows...

damn thats a blow thought that the chip might help a bit. not putting the cat back though aside from the money spent on pipe cat and chip i like the sound i'll just have to put up with it then cheers
