I didn't even catch that. The part is a plastic cap and I believe has a twin cap on the left side of the bike (though I haven't seen my bike or any like it sonce I arrived 2 months ago). Is this part vital? It didn't seem to be damaged, just loose.

The bike itself was crated separately from my other household effects and the ratchet straps were placed over the seat and just behind the handlebars.
