Sorry to be a pain but any photos of these Wunderlich bars (fitted) would be very much appreciated.
Cheers

Touring Bars
I am considering some Wunderlich Touring bars for my '03. Have seen a couple of comments on here but was wondering whether they can be used with the BMW (GS) hand protectors that I use. Can anyone out there answer this one please. I would also welcome more comments about how these bars compare again...

Re: just finished my valves and TB sync
Thanks, I have access to a buddy's Carbtune (basically a mercury manometer I think), and hope to make use of this. Any reason I should't, or tips on how to do a good job?

Re: just finished my valves and TB sync
Thanks JF, looks like a good write up (haven't read it all yet though).
Do you do your own sync, if so how do you rate the instructions?

Re: just finished my valves and TB sync
Does anyone know of a link to instructions (an idiots guide) to TB synchronisation ?
I do most of the maintenance to my '03 1150R but feel a nervous about TB sync and end up just leaving it since it doesn't run too bad.

Re: Magnetic Tank Bag
This is not related to the original thread but I am looking at the screens on Twempie and rdsmith3's bikes. Can you tell me if these are these OEM screens? My bike has an OEM screen but it is much smaller than the ones pictured. I'm wondering if the fittings are the same and that maybe I can just bu...

Re: Installing Aux. Lights
Hey Twempie, like the look of those lights and their location. Can I ask how much they cost and where you bought them from please.
Where are you located, UK by any chance ?

Re: Mods. to your bikes! (inspiration wanted!)
I like this thread........ can we get some more pictures of the various mods (screens, additional lights, racks & luggage etc..). My silver 03 bike is fairly standard except Remus titanium pipe & collector pipes, BMW panniers (no rack, but I want to get one..... not sure what options availab...

Throttle Synchronisation
Apologies if this has been covered and I have not looked well enough, but can somebody please point me in the right direction for checking / adjusting throttle synch on an 1150R.
I have come across an article for and earlier 1100R, but not sure if the same applies ?
Thanks

With Chips ?
Forgive me if this subject has already been covered, but I would like to hear a few opinions, experiences on the various "chips" that are available on the market (Rhinewest, BBPower, Dynojet etc). Are they worth it? i.e. power, economy, engine smoothness, ease of fitment etc....etc... My 1...

Well done that man! The 1150R is a great bike - not the quickest nor the best looking bike out there but is capable of doing everything quite well. I've had mine for almost 5 years now and no complaints. I agree with your comments about the sound though - get rid of the cat and fit a Remus can and e...

Hey thanks for all the replies - there must be more RRs out there than I had appreciated (I thought everybody bought a GS or Adventure)! About the hugger, good point about adequate fixings onto a single sided s/arm - will have to my homework first. I also take the point about huggers being mainly fo...

Hi, I have only just stumbled across this website/forum having owned my 1150R from new since 2003! I like what I see and thought I would introduce myself. I live in central England and have been riding for over 30 years and have quite a mixture of bikes, see below. I have one question to ask: I am t...
