Well...hmmm....for me....when off the track and riding 1-up...I unscrew that all the way out and then turn it two clicks in. That actually ends up being lower than the "Low" setting, and is what is recommended in the manual for 1-up..annnnnd....I kinda like it. It's really a personal prefe...
