mechanical work and their high prices around the area. You have been warned, so avoid the

went on a 2,000 mile trip and left my ass on the seat..it was horrible, i need to buy a seat
something that threats me nice, that is mussy and soft, that makes me wanna get back on the bike...any ideas i have a R1150R ABS 2002

i'm putting my bike away for the winter and would like to know what steps to take as far as
oil,battery etc.....

BMW dealers are asking $45 for that toll that pulls out the spark plug connectors.I pulled
mine out for $1.29 with suede lace leather shoe string, i double the string around the top
part of the connectors and pulled...came right off

i got the tank off but i can't find anything that looks like a gas filter..help please thank you

how do i remove the gas tank....i haven't had a chance to get the manual...thanks

my 2002 1150 (abs) left me on the side of the road on the Florida turnpike, i put a topic up yesterday wondering if the rain, it was raining quite hard,had anything to do with the bike dying out and the response from the board was that it did,from affecting my harness wiring to water in the kill bot...

i was on my way to Georgia under some heavy rain all was fine, i stopped at the toll got the ticket, took off and minutes later the bike stop running, as if had run out of fuel, i had just fill the tank up before leaving.when i try to start the bike up again the RPM indicator needle started to do so...

if not, how many miles could i go after the empty light comes on??? thanks. i also read that
is bad to run the bike after the light comes on and should be fill up right away

need to change the tranny oil, where is that located??...thank you

i want to give my bike the 30k maintance, besides changing the oil, oil filter,final drive oil,
spark plugs,and air filter is there anything else i need to do....thanks

i can't belive that they would put a dark piece of plastic, not to mention the location, that makes it inpossible to see the oil
level. i would like to change it for something clear any advise

have the riders manual,all 81 pages of it witch 1/3 is common sense except the shock-absorber
adjustment part..i will be going on a trip in a few days and would like to know how to set the
shocks for luggage, solo with luggage....anyone???
