How is it done here?? Do I need a host service?

upload your images to imageshack (or other site).
copy the direckt link.
Make your post and where your picture should come, press on the "Img" button above the text field.
Your cursur should be in between the "Img" and the "/Img". Press paste (Ctrl-V) the direct link here.
Be aware that there is a maximum with (probably around 800) and a maximum hight of 1025 pixels.
