Now the poll has to do with this page of images... Seeing as this was the first time at the track with the Rockster I want to get a couple photos of the occasion.. But the photos are either $10-15 each, or all of them for $60-80. Being the cheap bastid that I am.. I'm not paying $60-80 for photos... (I blow all my money on trackdays and Ohlins

First Trackday With the Rockster
OK, so this is both a trip report and sort of a poll. The trip report is here.

) So, vote for the two photos (numbers 1-23) you would buy if it was you...

Pics 1 and 21: "Knee Down" and "Eye of the Tiger". Put 'em in a frame, top and bottom, with trackday cert or tag in the middle.
Re: First Trackday With the Rockster
i agree with Mark, #1 and #21 make a great 2 pic combo. If I could only buy one, it would be #1. Buy the photos Ves. If they're sharp, you won't regret it. $10-$15 per photo is a steal!
Re: First Trackday With the Rockster
Great write-up.
I lived in Naperville, hated travelling the Tri-State to & from Muskegon during a long-term project.
What tire pressure did you run for the Rockster? OK, you answered that. I've been running cold pressure too low, with too much heat gain.
That supermoto guy sounds like me on the Buell: left for dead on the front straight, play catch-up in the turns, shampoo-rinse-repeat.
You need titanium sliders for the Boxer valve covers. My trackday organization forbids Ti knee pucks, but a fella could probably get away with protective plate mounted to the bike... sparks for photo opps?

Re: First Trackday With the Rockster
It's funny you should say that... I asked one of my daughter to vote for her favorite... she liked 13... I'm like...13???? Why? She liked the lighting... you can see the whole side of the bike.... and there's lots of green grass in the background...GypsyRR wrote:..but there are flowers in #10.
Then you must really like this one...
