Wish I'd seen your original post when it had that new car smell. Guess that means you've got about 3 months head start, along with 8 years' worth of youthful vigor on me. Still, I'll ante up here for Roadster Board Fitness... peer pressure helps.

If Doug permits, then we might have some type of long-term post to capture everyone's (anyone's?) successful transformation.

Yours Truly will shoot for serious power-to-weight ratio improvement. Give me at least a year. Put me in a spinning class and you'll see how I earned my nickname.
Challenge :!:

My trainer is mid fifties... ripped. You'll get no handicap for age. :p

I'll be spinning myself, as of June 7th, when my new Catrike Expedition arrives.

Feb 19th, 2009. I'll post pics. (before and after) Before will be in a thong, for extra effect.
Gary,
Is that a heliotrop thong :?:

if you have an S60-based Nokia phone with Bluetooth or builtin GPS, check that out. It was originally intended for tracking outdoor workouts (walking, riding, etc) but I think it is potentially a fantastic tool for sharing great motorcycle rides with others. A kind of Facebook for GPS track logs, and you can make it automatically place photos on the map as well, if you sync the clock in your camera to the GPS clock. My partner and I are both using it.
