I thought I was the only one who got those terrible hip cramps. Worse when riding dirt bikes and had to lift legs off of pegs and forward when riding through deep ruts. Hip would cramp immediately. Only standing up on pegs would relieve them. Now I get them when I am on my R1150R if I am not careful in how I stress my legs. I rarely get cramps any other time. It's a bummer.
