I have taken delivery and fitted the tall seat and the difference is very noticable from the low seat that was fitted from new.
I have decided to lower the pegs and would like to do so without compromising the brake pedal. I notice that in some cases the brake pedal ends up adove the peg.
Those who have installed the various choices i.e. Suburban, Verholen, Wunderlich, Fastway what are your views/advantages/disadvantages.
Thanks so far, I am closing in on this and looking forward to easier and comfortable riding.

Re: footrest lowering
I used the Wunderlich lowering kit and adjusted the brake pedal via the adjustment provided to fit my needs. Look at the underside of the pedal, halfway on it's length you'll find a bolt and a locking nut.....that is where the adjustment takes place.
Good luck.
Good luck.

Re: footrest lowering
Just as another alternative, and one that moves the pegs about 2" lower and 2" forward -
not without it's small problems and not for everybody, but with my old knees I'd do it again

Re: footrest lowering
I used the Verholen. Got them when the euro was one to one. Like their handlebar risers they are very nicely made, almost overdone and priced accordingly. They mostly move the pegs outward though, not so much down. Even so the pegs grind fairly easily now and since I don't get much relief in my knees I will probably take them off. Here is how they look on the bike, you have to use a longer piece they provide for the shifter linkage, and use the stock screw noted by boxermania to adjust the brake pedal. Screw is visible in the second photo, looks like I used most of it. With these installed you also have to be very careful when making a left from a light, cannot shift while turning, your foot will drag the pavement very painfully.

I have just fitted the Suburban and adjusted the brake pedal accordingly without problems. i also installed the gearshifter from suburban. The result is that I don´t need a higher seat.
