Windshield Mounting Kits

So a while back I had a little spill that caused my windshield to come off. One of the mounting brackets became bent and the retaining rubber screws/thingies were pretty trashed as well.

Can anyone tell me where I can get a new mounting kit? I've been searching through ebay and haven't had any luck. Google searches haven't been too kind either.

Also, my windshield is pretty scratched up, but it doesn't look like anything that can't be polished/buffed down - does anyone have any experience refinishing plastic?

are called well-nuts and can be had from Home Depot or Lowe's or any good hardware store.
