How do you stretch your legs?

Post by street bob 59 »

I have installed engine bars but I am just putting my Achilles tendon on the bars. Not that comfortable. Highway pegs anybody?

I just put my legs on the jugs. By the time my calves heat up, the kinks are pretty much worked out. High top boots allow a longer stay before the heat seeps through.

I stop every 60 to 80 miles.
But while underway I switch positions a lot just to avoid any arse/leg/arm fatigue. I don't use any add on stuff such as forward pegs. Although, when alone, I'm short enough to put my feet up on the rear pegs if I feel like reeling in a 100 or more miles at a clip.

+1 for legs on jugs. If I'm wearing thick socks and high motorcycle boots I can rest them there for quite a long time; with just blue jeans it's only minutes. And if I'm cruising slowly (55-65) through scenic areas I set my Throttlemeister, grab the mirror stalks, and ride standing up for a while. The view is better up there too!

I got these in chrome and they are quite comfortable to let your leg on with high boots. I do that a lot.

These make great foot rests to stretch out on without burning anything:

I've been known to stand on my pegs.
