Coming to the end of Rockster life.......

After 9 years of ownership from new, I've taken the difficult decision to kiss goodbye to my Rockster.

I'm also kissing goodbye to shaft drive and hello to chain again

But I am not leaving BMW.....I just ordered an S1000R with DTC and DDC. I nearly pissed my pants on the test ride, it's so darn good.

I will report back to tell if I get beyond 2nd gear. It's a proper hooligan machine

If you are a BMW fan and you watched any of the Isle of Man TT this year...Id think something was wrong with you if you DIDN'T consider buying a 1000! at least briefly.

My nearest dealer has an HP4 coming in soon...I think Ill try to avoid their shop to be safe. beacuse I want one so bad right now!

Well it should be all settled this week.....

1. Rockster appears to have a new owner from Thursday
2. S1000R will then be collected on Friday......I may be chomping at the bit a little if it arrives, say, today.......
