3 Roadsters for breakfast!

Post by wncbmw »

I meet a group of riders from WNC for breakfast on Sunday mornings and have been for over 20 years. Started as a BMW group but evolved into a mix of Beemers, Ducs, Guzzis and Jap bikes. Never had another Roadster make it, until this morning when not one but two others showed up. One was a friend of mine who had changed bikes and the other fellow I had seen at the Y and didn't know he rode the same bike. (Same year and color too!)

Rain and fog early and for some reasons mostly BMWs and one Guzzi showed up.

An R90S (Yong - check out the sticker on the windcreen!):

The last of the airhead GSs:

The three Roadsters:

A classic /6 with a Windjammer and white bags!

And an attempt at a self portrait at a waterfall on NC 215:

edited because I hit submit too soon!

Vann,

What time does the group gather at the Pisgah Inn? I might get wild and crazy one Sunday morning and show up.

Pisgah Inn

The group used to meet every Sunday at Pisgah Inn but now varies locations each week via notification by mass email. Usually about 8 or 8:30. Let me know when you are coming and I will give you the location, or just meet you at Pisgah Inn if you want. It is only about 15 minutes from the Blue Ridge Motorcycle Campground, BTW.

Come on up!

Don't know how I missed this (I do but it's a long story).

Way cool beemers. That R90s makes me want to ride my old R75 again.

Great pics! Looks like a pretty foggy ride.
