Sold the Grey Ghost

Post by dereifelfahrer »

:( I sold the Grey Ghost (custom painted 2002 R1150R) today it was like seeing a good friend go for the last time. I wasn't riding her enough and hated to see her just sit. The man that bought her got a wonderful machine with almost every extra known to man for the R including Ohlins and a Techlusion. Now I am back down to three, my newest a K1200S is breath-taking and will no doubt fill that need for speed we all seem to have. I'll come and lurk once in a while as this was always my favorite site.

Grey Ghost Gone

Post by KHaynes »

Whilst we all hate to see our beloved bikes go, there's no economic sense in keeping something that spends most of its life in the garage. Bikes are for riding.

Hi

Do you have any pics of the Grey Ghost?

Did you sell for more, less or about the same as standard one?

I'm Thinking of custom painting mine.
