Larger grips or foam covers

I bought a pair made of neoprene, like a wetsuit. They were to think to ride comfortably. I homesly miss my old R1100R and it's OEM slotted grips. Wonder if they will fit on my Duc.

I don't believe they are exactly the same but very similar. I think the Grip Puppies are made of foam that is a little more dense. Regardless of which or where you order, I beleive there is a minimum order amount, something like $25.00. The outfit in California has lots of small stuff that I use and it was easier to meet the minimum amount.

I've never run into a minimum order with BeemerBoneyard.

FWIW - mine are still working just fine - 21,000 miles on them.

I just tried to order a set from their website, and got a little message when I tried to check out:

Our minimum order total is $15.00. Please keep shopping to reach this amount.

Dan, when was the last time you ordered from them? Perhaps this is a new policy...?

It also turns out that the minimum shipping charge from Beemer Boneyard appears to be around $9 (UPS ground), whereas one can get the Grip Puppies shipped for free. So I ordered a set of the GPs

Not sure how well they'll work with heated grips, but they do offer a variety of sizes and styles. Lots of choices in terms of material stiffness, as well as profile. They look similar to, but somewhat thicker than, the Grip Puppoes.

For what it's worth, the measurements on my bike's grips show a grip diameter of around 1.2" and length of around 4.8".

the $15 min charge is there for at least a year......i was surprised too.....but then i just changed the quantity to 3 and gave them to my riding buddies as little presents.......which in turn bought me a very nice lunch
