Cranky, I looked at the Tourtech screen adjuster:

Not sure if they are providing a panel below the screen, or how the mount would attach. You have any thoughts? I did request Tourtech USA to email the installation sheet, if they do I'll share it.

In my Googling efforts, I see that Touratech sells a Screen adjuster, ostensibly for the small sportscreen. It doesn't look too difficult to install, but the installation instructions are in German.

Mike:

Not sure what is included. For the price, there certainly isn't much risk. But from an appearance perspective, I wasn't persuaded, so I opted instead to cut down my sports windscreen by about 2". Basically, my screen now covers the instrumentation. The result is that I experience much quieter windflow around my helmet (like with no screen), while still relieving some wind pressure from my chest.

Speeds of 80-90 are routine and my Sprint is in it's sweet spot at about 85. (My old K-RS's sweet spot was about 90) For everyday riding I would like to utilize the sport shield, thus my question is: Will I be comfortable at these speeds with only the sport shield? I will get one of the bigger shields for touring.

Thanks in advance for any input.

I don't know if you'll be comfortable at highway speeds with the sport shield, but I don't have any issues with it on the highway.
I only have 6000 miles logged on the bike with the sport shield - most of it New England highway miles - Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont.
The sport shield is ok for me.
Best of luck,
