Good Bye For Now
After 3 years and 52,000 enjoyable miles I've sold my R1150R and the new owner will ride it away tomorrow. I have been a frequent visitor and occasional poster on this board and have gained much from my association with a great bunch of people.

Well it may surprise you but its a 1987 R65. Just about half the power of the R but fun nevertheless. I am intending to do a running restoration on it whilst I decide if the R1200R is worth the asking price.

Geoff, while you're restoring that '87, pop on over to http://www.r65.org and look around.
Although many of us also have other bikes, it's all about the R65 there, and there are quite a few members from your side of the pond too.
Welcome, in advance!
