Fuel quick disconnect

How do you remove the clamps that hold the quick disconnect to the hoses? I have a serious fuel leak on the upper qd and have the replacement and new clamps but can't figure out how they work.

Cut them with a wizzer wheel or taped hacksaw blade, at the high point on clamp. Work slowly and carefully to avoid collateral damage.

I just used a pair of end cutters on them...worked great.

Those stock clamps are a one time use, cut to remove type.
I used a Dremel with a cut off disk to cut thru the clamp's protruding loop. Because of the shower of sparks the cutting disk generates, it must be on a non-leaking setup and performed with great care. Cut & change them one-at-a-time. Dykes or side cutters require a Hulk Hogan squeeze and they can impart too much bending load on the small diameter rigid lines, so be careful either way.
